What is it?

These ice socks contain gel packs that can be used hot or cold to relieve foot pain, aching or soreness that may be caused by things like bunions, plantar fasciitis, poor circulation or sore feet. These cooling socks are often used or recommended in chemotherapy units to help prevent hand-foot syndrome caused by some treatments.

How to use: 

Cold: Keep the gel inserts in the freezer and insert them into the socks when required. We recommend at least 2 hours in the freezer and maximum of 20 minutes per use on your feet. 

Hot: Place the gel inserts in the microwave for 10 seconds each side. 

Washing Instructions: remove the gel inserts and hand wash with mild soap and drip dry. Do not put in the dryer.
