DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

***Please note COVID-19 is causing significant delays to Australia Post deliveries, please use your tracking number to follow shipments and allow for delays. If significant delays we recommend lodging an enquiry on www.austpost.com.au***

We now deliver throughout Australia, and items under 2kg to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland. 

Delivery within Australia: If your online order is over $100 (including GST) we will ship your order free of charge (Australia Post Standard). This excludes nutritional supplements over 5kg.

Orders under $100 are sent at a standard postage rate of $12. This excludes nutritional supplements over 5kg.

You can also select Australia Post EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout, for an additional fee.

Shipping on nutritional supplements over 5kg is calculated individually by weight and location.  

Your order will be delivered using Australia Post eParcel service.

Your order will be delivered to your address and require a signature upon receipt. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Please allow 2 WORKING days for order PROCESSING before dispatch of your order.

Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and vary depending on where you live.

As a guide, average DELIVERY times are listed below for each state:
Victoria – 3 working days
New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland – 5 working days
Western Australia & Northern Territory – 7 Working Days

It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.

You will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.

HOPE Cancer Care Products do not currently ship to international addresses.

Australia Post shall not carry what it considers as "Special Parcels" (Parcel that contains Exempted Dangerous Goods) to addresses with postcodes listed below:

If your online order is over $100 (including GST) we will ship your order free of charge.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered on line contact us at info@hopecancercare.com.au immediately to discuss replacement of goods.

 

International Shipping: We now ship selected items under 2kg to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland. Gift packs including hand sanitiser, nail strengthener or Avene Aqua spray will have these items removed as they cannot be shipped internationally. 

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout ($30 to $60 AUD) and items will be shipped using Australia Post International Express (approx. 2-4 business days between major metro areas). NOTE: This is an estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside Australia Post’s control.
