The HOPE Radiotherapy Care Pack is a great start for anyone embarking on their radiotherapy journey. This pack covers the common side effects with a silicone gel dressing to protect the skin, regular and intense skin care and some cooling products to relieve the heat and refresh the skin.
The products included in this pack are:
- Avène Thermal Spring Water 50mL Spray - A refreshing spray to cool down aggravated, hot skin (also great for the face on a hot day, or for hot flushes)
- Daisy Cow Itch Balm - This is fantastic for any dry, itchy or irritated spots of skin.
- Daisy Cow Hand & Body Lotion 240mL - Use this every day after showering or after radiotherapy. This is light and non-greasy but holds in the moisture.
- Hope Cooling Cloth - a very refreshing cloth that turns cold immediately when you add water. Great to use as a cold salt water compress on sore, hot or irritated skin.
- StrataXRT® - Gel for The Prevention and Treatment of Radiation Dermatitis 20g - An innovative, film-forming wound dressing. The formula of StrataXRT was specifically developed to prevent and treat radiation dermatitis. The StrataXRT gel can be spread easily, which is why only a very little small amount is required.
- Daisy Cow Lip Balm - As the name suggests, keeps your lips from drying out.
